"My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend in 2015. We both feel like this was a great place to stay on so many levels. 1. The flat: roomy & clean. The bed was really comfortable (this is definitely not the case in most rentals). The kitchen was well-equipped and the balcony was a fun way to enjoy the neighborhood and relax. I was also grateful that it was only one flight of stairs to the flat! After a long day, this is a small win for my tired feet. The place is charming and even the street is charming. 2. Location: It is located in a lively, busy neighborhood, but out of the chaos of the touristy areas. At night, the flat was nice and quiet. We were a 3 minute walk to the tube station and surrounded by LOTS wonderful pubs, restaurants, and bakeries. 3. Our hosts: friendly and helpful. We were guided on the easiest way to access the flat from the airport and our place was filled with tourist guides and helpful information about the flat and the area. Again, we could not have been more pleased with our stay, this had everything we could ask: clean and charming place to sleep, great neighborhood with all the amenities, and affordable. Just to keep this in perspective, if I had to nitpick something (so you don’t think I am a total Pollyanna)…the wireless didn’t reach into the bedroom, the tub was deep, so getting in and out of the shower could potentially be a bit tricky, and the sofa was a bit lumpy, but all small issues. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We have stayed in a variety of apartments in the US and Europe and this was definitely one of our favorites."
Nice english traditionel home! Clean and pleasant. Not so far from Fulham Road with underground, buslines and all what you need. Tesco Express is 5 min walk open from early morning until 11 in the evening. We're pleased!

Perfect! This flat is clear, clean, with good size of bathroom, bedroom - even the small kitchen is useful with a real oven and a washing machine. The only thing is that this flat is on the 3rd floor... but that brings nice view from the 3 windows!!! It is on a very quiet street, and close to shops and public transports. Our host was helpful, answered as fast as it was needed... so a good address to keep in mind to next holidays at London! Thanks, Anne

"We stayed for a week here in the fabulous basement flat. Nicely and modernly furnished in South Kensington, where many of the units are selling for over 2 million pounds, lots of expensive cars parked out in the street. An easy walk from the South Kensington tube, (very easy connection to Heathrow via the Piccadilly line), South Kensington connects you to all of London, and just a few stops from Paddington station, which opens up the rest of England. The unit is down a narrow and steep stair well, which should be fine unless you have mobility issues, and has only one window. All appliances worked well, though the heater was a little glitchy and over heated the unit somewhat, WiFi worked great, the shower has plenty of water pressure and hot water, the TV had plenty of stations but we never really watched much as we were out most of the time. The area was extremely safe and quiet, even though you are only a block from the main shopping and dining area on Brompton. Drawbacks: the window is difficult to access and open, doesn't stay open on its own, no paper products provided, including napkins, paper towels or tissue. Only one small roll of toilet paper too, had to get more, an inconvenience. Also no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap or gel, also an inconvenience. All minor but could be improved on. Also a little dusty under the bed and sofas. Otherwise a great and comfortable place to stay and sleep, we would definitely stay again."

Excellent flat, well located and well appointed, with most responsive management!!! The flat, while compact, is very well planned and equipped for a short or even extended visit. It is located in the heart of South Kensington, within easy reach of the underground. Owing to its location, at the back of the house, it was absolutely quite. Having encountered a minor problem with the plumbing, we found the management to be highly responsive and efficient. We recommend this flat, without reservation, to anyone planning a visit to London.
"This apartment was definitely a great deal. First of all, the location was amazing, really close to the underground, 3 supermarkets in front and right next to the Portobello road Market. The kitchen was super equipped, having everything that we possibly need - even though we are a family that like to cook and bake. It was possible to do the laundry easily and dry our clothes whenever we wanted to. The owner was super helpful and did everything to please us. Definitely would go back there."

Location was great - very safe and quiet and well placed for museums and the South Kensington tube (although I was able to comfortably walk to most London locations through Hyde Park). Apartment was comfortable, warm, spacious for the area and had everything I needed - wifi, washer and dryer, oven, microwave and large fridge. Comfortable cosy apartment 50 meters far away from north side of Hyde Park: to have a stroll in the morning and breakfast in the Park cafeteria is really a pleasure. The furniture is simple and sleek, and generally the apartment has all the devices we normally need. A bit of refurbishing of the balcony on the rear could make it a resource during warm weather. The area is quiet and elegant, anyway well connected with Tube (Paddington). The crowded streets of downtown are at easy reach. Great location to stay. The organization by Alessandra and Rita was precise, timely and efficient: thanks to them we spent a relaxing holiday (even though London was tremendously crowded, it's really too trendy).

"My stay at the Belgravia Apt. in July was my first time in London and it was a perfect fit for me and my friends. It is a delightful , nookish apartment with every necessary amenity and situated just blocks from numerous points of interest as well as public transit. It's located in a lovely area and I felt safe no matter the time of day or night. It was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to the main thoroughfares. One of the most important features for me away from home is a comfortable bed and this apartment had that (I used the twin and my friends the double, so I speak for the one bed). There's not much storage space for luggage but we made it work. What's nice is having two areas, upstairs and down, for spending time in so we didn't feel too much in each other's space. Communication with Rita and Alessandra was excellent and getting checked in and out was simple and straightforward."

The kitchen is full size, not the usual 'kitchenette' as in most of these small apartments and has a washing machine and dryer, microwave and even a small dishwasher. And a fabulous breakfast bar connects the living room space. Where you find a comfy leather sofa and coffee table. The double bed is hidden in a cupboard which easily swings down. Lovely duvet and pillows - sound nights sleep. And the flat, although a basement flat is illuminated by the HUGE skylight, which at the touch of a button electrically slides open and closed. LOCATION is perfect. Only 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Road Tube station - (where there is a handy 24HR Tescos). South Kensington tube nearby, both on the circle and district lines. And 15 mins walk to Hyde Park. Leading onto the lively hub that is Queensway and Bayswater."

Also the decor was very tasteful, the service was amazing and the check in/out girls were very helpful, and you'll be just two blocks from the South Kensington station. The neighborhood is also very lovely. I'll definitely book this flat again because it's better than anything else I could've booked with the budget I had! SIMPLY AMAZING."

Il quartiere, residenziale e tranquillo, dispone di tutti i servizi, è vicino a fermate di bus e metro che rendono facilmente reggiungibili le varie zone di Londra. L'appartamento, silenzioso e accogliente, è dotato di ogni confort. “I stayed here with my husband and son (2 years). We didn’t get a chance to see the apartment before, so we were a little nervous but it turned out exactly like Rita told us. The location was so great. It was easy for my husband to get to work and the supermarket was right across the street so it was easy for me to shop for my son. Also Hyde Park is in walking distance. I took my son there every morning and it was a great way to start the day.”
